The event is officially hosted by the Mexican American Bar Association of El Paso at the El Paso County Courthouse, 500 E. San Antonio Street, from 11:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Speakers include Texas State Representatives Rafael Anchia, Trey Martinez-Fischer, Veronica Gonzales, Mike Villarreal, Joaquin Castro, and Joseph Moody.
