El Paso Baptist Clinic Annual Dinner Banquet, a bargain at $15.00

I am writing you on behalf of the El Paso Baptist Free Clinic. First of all I would like to extend my personal gratitude for you and your team on the success of the garage sale. Mrs. Poe was very pleased and grateful. I come to you again for help. We have an annual dinner banquet fundraising event next weekend September 05, 2009. We have received much needed help for all the major and minor details; however we are having great problems in getting the tickets sold. We have a hall reserved that seats 250-300 people. We need your help in selling tickets I would appreciate it if you made them available to your team. Of course all monies go directly to funding our clinic. The tickets are 15$ and with that you will get a wonderful evening filled with music (by our own volunteer violin quartet) and a delicious meal and get to hear from a local physician (also a clinic volunteer) guest speaker and an over all splendid evening.
