Barrio Aztecas on the History Channel’s “Gangland”

News release from the History Channel:

Over the past several months, History Channel Gangland Producers have been in the Borderland and several other states working on the documentary “Blood River”. The documentary is an overall look at the Barrio Azteca Prison Gang. For many months, producers worked with several Law Enforcement agencies to include the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Gang Intel Unit (past & present). EPCSO STGIU gave a law enforcement insight on the largest gang from the El Paso, Texas area.

“Blood River” is set to premier this Thursday, June 18th at 7pm Mountain Standard Time on the HISTORY CHANNEL (cable ch. 58). There will be re-runs several times this week.

The Gangland series tells the inside stories of some of America’s most notorious street gangs.
