NPT City: Castro mailer: No debt, but will deliver deposit to city on Tuesday
City Rep. Melina Castro, in a mailer received by voters Saturday, claims that the opinion arguing she cannot take office if elected because of an outstanding debt is wrong, and that Mayor John Cook targeted her because of her opposition to his policies.
