NPT City: Lozano forever

“How do we know you won’t abandon us again?” former District 3 city Rep. Alexandro Lozano was asked at last week’s East Side Civic Association candidate’s forum.

Lozano, who quit his city representative job last year to run for a better paying job as county commissioner and lost, assured those at the forum that he will keep that seat and then keep on running for new posts if he defeats incumbent Rep. Emma Acosta and takes back the position he surrendered.

“Am I going to run something else? Of course I am,” he said. “After I get done with four years, I will run for mayor and then for state rep.”

He also said he didn’t see resigning as a mistake but as an unsuccessful attempt to represent even more constituents in which he “learned a lot.”

  1. Lozano left out Congressman, then President, then Leader of the World … and then, he can build Lozanoland at Ascarate Park (and give himself the contract to do it).

  3. Lozano is a total idiot and has absolutely nothing going for him and nothing to lose. He’s been a total failure in business, his personal life and in politics. What a disgrace to the Hispanic race. LOZANO ERES UNA VERGUENZA DE HOMBRE. DAS LASTIMA.

The man does not know proper spanish and much less decent english but you watch the people of his district will vote him back in there. WHAT A CLOWN. POBRE PAYASO.

  4. El Paso needs clowns for entertainment. Too bad many of them get elected.
