NPT Capitol: Quintanilla joint authors gambling resolution

State Rep. Chente Quintanilla said he was “honored” to be a joint author of the Omnibus gambling bill, HJR 137, authored by Licensing Chair Ed Kuempel, Monday.

In a press release Quintanilla said that much of the body of his own HJR 99 was incorporated in HJR 137 and that if and when the bill passes and is approved by voters, it would allow the Tiguas to re-open Speaking Rock Casino.
